Reviews

Product reviews can be submitted and viewed by your customers on the product page. A customer can fill out a review form and submit it to the admin of the app for approval. 


Reviews can only be viewed publicly once approved by the admin panel to enable status.

The Review tab lets you view and create reviews of the product that you want to get sales on. You can edit reviews by clicking the edit pencil button. Product image, author name, date added and status column list helps you identify the reviews placed in the app product list. If you would like to look up a review in the product list, you can use "Filter" as a shortcut to search for it


Here you can find the list of reviews from your customer in admin panel 


Path:  Catalog >>Review




Checking an individual box in the first column will select the review information within the same row. Once selected, you can choose to  "create new" or "delete" the review in the top left corner.  




We don’t recommend editing reviews submitted by customers, you may edit if there is any unrestricted status.

The result of a customer review approval can be seen in the screenshot below. 




The average rating per product is tabulated by i.am.retailer and shown out of 5 stars under 'Available Options'. 

Click the pencil button to edit and enable the review status 






Click the top-left button to save the review.

 


Congrats!!! Now your product review is enabled to the public, Which will help other customers make an informed decision with their purchase.

If you would like to disable reviews altogether, you can visit the Options tab under System > Settings. See Settings > Options > Products for more information.
