1. Dedicated payment gateway integration, the Estimation charges will depend on the payment gateway, which can take more than a week.

2. Instant payment gateway integration, i.am.retailer offering an instant payment gateway solution for freely for particular days. For that, you have to share your account name and number and the technical team help you to map with the standard Razorpay gateway and integrate it with your account. It will not take more than 5 hrs.

Let's look at how to manage your payment gateway by yourselves

Log in to your admin panel and go to admin > Themes > Payment > Razorpay.

In our website or App view, payment gateway title name changes can be made by ourselves via Admin> System> Edit Store Settings> Store Name

Razorpay Key id, secret key:  You should enter the key and id if you have purchased a dedicated account. If you activated the instant payment gateway, the i.am.retailer technical team will have already filled in these details for you.

 Payment will only be deducted from your Raczorpay Key and ID, so you must need to enter it correctly.

Razorpay Key account: Our team already filled the account number if you activated Instant payment gateway. If you have a separate account, leave this Razorpay account field blank. Do not fill anything. 

Don't add fake or unknown details here, it will affect the payment to the store.

Order Status: Default status of the order based upon completion of the payment section. 

Status: Decide whether to enable this Razorpay gateway or not.

Sort Order: The given number determines the sequence of the payment in the ascending order menu. Eg. 1, the sorting sequence 2, 3, and so on.

​Being in "pending" status is considered one of the best default conditions because it provides the administrator with some means to execute the order.

Finally, check that details and status are filled and pressing the 'Save' button in the upper right corner will save the information.
