Customer Searches report

Customer Searches report displays a list of search-related details. 

Note: This report can be accessed through Reports >> report type.

Let’s look third view type Customer searches report

The following information will be displayed about customer orders:

Keyword: List the keyword used by the customer to search for the product

Found Products: Listing your customer found products

Category: Listing your customer found categories

Customer Name: listing your customer name

IP: The IP address from which your customer is currently browsing your store.

Date added: The date of which date it was added.

If you would like to look up a particular customer, you can use "Filter" as a shortcut to search for it. Customers can be filtered by selecting a start, end date, IP and keyword
