Customer activity report

Our i.am.retailer allows you to track and manage your customers' accounts from the admin panel. 

Note: This report can be accessed through Reports >> report type.



Let’s look second view type Customer activity report



This report displays a list of recent activities. All of your customers have their functionality from their filter and date. You can see each customer's account name, IP address and activity type on each date.


The following information about customer store credit will be displayed:


Customer: Your customer's name.


IP: The IP address used by your customer.


Comment: The type of activity of your customers. For example, John Doe registered for an account.



If you would like to look up a particular customer, you can use "Filter" as a shortcut to search for it. Customers can be filtered by selecting a start, end date and IP.
